Hi! I’m Statia.
With a passion for CRE and a mind for analytics and marketing, I have over 10 years experience assisting owners, buyers and sellers in property marketing in the Richmond, Virginia region.
As a successful entrepreneur and business owner, I knows what it takes to move processes forward, and my insight and attention to detail are invaluable to buyers and sellers involved in complex transactions.
Before branching out on my own to freelance, I worked as Director of Research for Colliers International, Director of Marketing for NAI Dominion and most recently as a Marketing Advisor at CoStar Group. I am active in local professional groups including GRACRE, SMPS and CREW Richmond, where I currently serve as Foundation Chair.
I am a Virginia native and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Architectural History & Preservation degree from the University of Virginia.
