I cannot believe that my first little house is on the market! Thought I’d make a final post with all of my  before and after photos.

Let’s begin at the front door with my spring wreath!View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7

Dining Room After:View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7Got rid of all the neutrals to make it more…. neutral. I changed the poopy brown wall (and opposite striped wall) to Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter. And remember the dining room table project?

Living Room After: View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7Wow, I can’t believe how much I changed this! Walls became Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray, along with my TV antenna.  My trash can lamps are hidden, but there. And yes, I organize my books by color.

View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7I actually kept the bedroom walls as they were for some time.. If I had to guess, they were Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue, or a similar shade. Because of my dark navy duvet (that I made out of an Indian Tapestry I picked up in London) I went with Benjamin Moore’s Allspice for the walls, which I think I may do again in the new house. Also never forget the shell lamps project. Here they are in all their glory!

Bathroom After:View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7My Fruit Shake walls! This was my first project in the house. A can of paint and some crisp white towels can really go a long way.

Kitchen After: View More: http://saraeastman.pass.us/3105-patterson-ave-unit-7The kitchen gained a  subway tile backsplash  as well as my upholstered barstools.

The porch didn’t change much, except I added a lot of plants and smaller chairs. Turning the porch into a leafy oasis is a project that never happened! I do have big garden plans for the new house… 😉
